C.C. LeBlanc was born in a small French town in Quebec Province, number two in a family of seven children. At fifteen she was given the chance to learn English in the United States for one year. Because of this she was immediately hired by Bell Canada. Later working for an American medical supply company, she quickly rose to become coordinator of sales for all of Canada. She retired in 1987, at age forty-seven. C.C. has lived in Montreal, Toronto, Boston, New Hampshire and now resides in Naples, Florida. She had attended classes at McGill, Northeastern University and Florida Gulf Coast University. She has traveled world-wide. At age sixty-five and single, C.C. adopted two children from Siberia and at eighty-one, she published her first book, “We’re Going Home,” the true story of the adoption of her children.
