About the Author

Bob Reese was born in Hollywood California where he attended Manuel Arts and Belmont High schools.
His art teacher at Belmont, Mrs. Tupper, advised him to apply for an art job at Walt Disney Studios. Bob worked on Sleeping Beauty, Sword and the Stone and Paul Bunyan. Bob also received a basketball offer from Utah.

Five years later Bob started Aro Publishing,an educational children's book company in Utah. Bob has written or illustrated some 200 children's books.

In 2005 Bob and educator Janie Spaht Gill, Ph.D co-produced a series of beginner books. The series won the Teachers Choice Award for best educational reading program in the country.

Additionally his book, The Pamba and the Bink was sold twice to Marvel Productions for a TV series. A movie script was also written by Bob and is still seeking a producer.

In 2008 Bob received an honorary doctorate for his contribution to children's literature.
