About the Author

Kimberly Eve (who goes by the nickname Jaia) is a many-times published illustrator through Ash Tree Publishing in Woodstock, N.Y. and Inner Traditions in Rochester, VT. She designed the covers and helped to edit the treasured books of traveling herbalist, Juliette de Bairacli Levy. Kimberly has worked with the wild plants for many years and she apprenticed with herbalist and best-selling author Susun Weed. All the plants in Kimberly's book "Welcome Weeds!" grow where she now lives on Cape Cod, MA. Kimberly also works as a face painter and has painted over 55,000 faces.
