A galactic reunion is in progress. The Space Stars Exodus and Phoenix rendezvous with the legendary Silver Streak. The original crew is back together—Emperor Richard Cameron, Frank Johnson, Jack Hasta, and Philippe Stargazer—so that Cameron, with his experience of two hundred years into the future, can reveal the identity and motivations of the Thermians who destroyed the Earth and who continue to destroy stars throughout the galaxy.
Yet even as the Silver Streak cruises for the Naked Singularity where the shocking answers will be revealed, sinister forces are at work. Diana Krotus, arch-villain of history, has set in motion a plot to capture the Silver Streak, force Cameron to abdicate as Emperor of the Unified Empire...and take over the galaxy!
