Overview

The health benefits of Vitamins are numerous. But unfortunately, our lack of knowledge and limited awareness prevents us from benefiting from these vital super components present in our food. Many books of this kind are written in highly technical terms which makes it difficult for the general public to understand them. In this book, simple and more understandable words are used to elaborate and point out the types, sources and medical application of Vitamins. This will enable readers at all levels of education worldwide to understand the concepts of this book.
This book is a guide which will enable the readers such as medical students and other health professionals to obtain all the types and essential values of Vitamins, and hopefully, incorporate them carefully in their prescription bank or daily diet as needed.
Did you know that some Vitamins cure diseases? This book is going to explore the natural and organic world of Vitamins in the hopes of helping us all stay healthy.
Through this book, the author intends to help you, as well as the children in Africa. A part of the proceeds of this book will be designated to feeding the children of Africa, who are endangered by malnourishment due to lack of food.
