About the Author

Dave Collins has served as the Executive Director of the Tyndale Center for Leadership, Tyndale University College & Seminary. Dave is a pastor at heart who understands what it takes to grow healthy churches. As previous senior pastor of Carruthers Creek Community Church, for over 20 years, he grew the church from 40 to over 1200 participants by applying his important principles of vision and values, he shows here how to translate those values into action.

As founder and president of Life Change Consulting, a church consulting group, working with churches to realize their vision, he has presented in excess of 300 seminars around the world. He has also served on the boards of the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, Tyndale University College & Seminary and is moderator for the Associated Gospel Churches of Canada.
