About the Author

Stephanie Dolce, was born in Nyack in 1976. For thirteen years she taught children ages 2-5 plus was a director of an after school program. Her first book, "A Bird's Eye View" entertained millions of readers worldwide, with her knowledge and expertise in relationships. Her second book, " Sex, Lies and Twitter," which was released in July 2011, created controversy but also brought to light how adults abuse social media. What did you learn by reading this book?

The book goes into a lot of detail about the negative side of social media, and the impact that cyber-bullying has had on people’s lives. The personal experiences combined with broader statistics and other examples made her case for regulation very compelling.
