Overview

‘Verzet tegen Pajnath’ is een sciencefiction roman die zich afspeelt in een niet al te verre toekomst. Een land is aangevallen en bezet door een autoritair regime met aan het hoofd een dictator. Er ontstaat groeiend verzet.
Een aantal avonturen en plotse wendingen dragen bij tot de spanning in het verhaal.
De hoofdpersonages zijn jongeren op de drempel van de volwassenheid. Zodoende is er een secundaire verhaallijn: de relatievorming die vaak tegenstrijdige gevoelens met zich meebrengt.

Thank you for showing your interest in my work. It's an honor and a pleasure.
I am Bruno Roggen, living at Anhée, Namur province in Belgium.
After my teaching career I devoted myself to writing and studying. I would like to characterize myself as a story teller. That's why most of my writings are short stories. I occasionally write poetry and I also finished three novels.
My subjects are diverse, but in general I'm always writing about "the human condition" and relations between people.
I'm mainly writing in English. However, I wrote in French too as well as in Dutch, be it to a lesser extent.
As to my present studies, I took courses in Creative Writing at Oxford University and at this particular moment I'm taking an on line writing course at Mt Jacinto University (Ca).
