the chocolate capital of the world. His parents Catherine
and Dominique are gourmet chefs and graduates from the
renowned Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
Andre’s passion for chocolate knows no bounds for when it
came to his training he sought out visionary chocolatiers
such as Paul de Bondt, Roberto Catinari and Luca Mannori
who became his professors in the mastery of old world
traditions. Andre’s university was the sumptuous and
decadent Parisian Chocolat Shops where he sampled the
most tempting confections that Paris had to offer.
There are no grades, but instead a level of bliss achieved
for every morsel he experienced tells its own story of the
masters who created it.
Andre’s own chocolate creations have won him praise and
encouragement among his friends and professional gourmet
chefs alike. In his first book, "Valentine’s Day Chocolate
Bliss" Andre includes his recipes that cover everything
from Bon Bons to Truffles that he shares for the very
