About the Author

Michael Hamilton lives by the beach, enjoys surfing and loves to travel and learn. After participating in dozens of real estate investment deals from mobile home investments, single-family rentals, "rehab flips," underwriting short-term private mortgage loans and living in some of the most beautiful vacation destinations, he decided to get into the vacation rental business. Through live seminars and trainings, he has spoken in front of and taught real estate investing and entrepreneurship principles to thousands of investors over the U.S. and Canada. Over his investing career, he has evolved into an ambassador of financial literacy and real-life business education.

In a short time, he and his team built Live Swell Beach Bungalows—a boutique brand of vacation rentals whose mission is to open the doors to the laid-back surf lifestyle.
