Phillip M. Duse is a native of Pittsburgh, PA who spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer and 16 years with the Department of Defense, Supervisory Property Administrator - retiring with 36 years' service. In the military he traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia [Germany, Vietnam, and Korea] acquiring level 3 language proficiency in the German and Vietnamese languages. He was awarded a basic degree from the University of Maryland, European Division and completed writing courses offered by the Hardcourt Learning Direct and The Institute of Children's Literature. Mr. Duse is the author of three other books: False Color of Authority, brings long standing false color of authority, civil and criminal actions of US Government and local entities [we're so smart Quacks and Dolts] to the attention of law abiding people. EEOC [Equal Employment Opportunity Commission] as it regards securing justice for victims of Government discrimination – the EEOC process is defined and discrimination issues alleged were litigated through lower courts resulting in a suit by Writ of Certiorari to US Supreme Court. And, 2004: Phil Duse Versus the Tyranny of DOD/DOJ and its Intelligence and Investigative Agencies. A book directed towards teachers and students on the "Real Deal" of Government attempts to impugn innocents under a false color of authority – includes acts of apparent Hit-Men alleged to be supported in some un-provable manner by Government actions.
