URBAN BOGEYMAN: A ZUNG HO STORY
Detective Zung Ho and David Teller are assigned to a brutal homicide, of a Puerto Rican teenage woman. As they investigate further, they are assigned to look into another gruesome murder of a black fourteen-year-old female honor student dismembered in garbage bags. While in the Eighth Precinct, Captain Turner assigns Ho and Teller to assist in the second murder, trying to connect the two. Realizing that this isn't random or a serial killing, Ho and Teller are informed that this is a major priority. As Ho begins to piece this new puzzle together, he soon realizes that these murders are not just random acts of violence, but someone trying to make a point.
