About the Author

Ruzbeh J. Bodhanwala [Ph.D., MBA (Finance), M.Com (ABST)] has long experience in academics, research and industry. He regularly contributes articles to reputed journals in India and has successfully conducted management development programmes for executives.Dr. Bodhanwala is at present engaged as a trainer on accounting and business valuation with a multinational conglomerate (Bangalore). He has also served on the faculty of FORE School of Management (New Delhi) and Banasthali (Rajasthan). He has worked with GENPACT as finance and valuation trainer.
