Overview

"UFO Over Kansas: Alien case file from the 3-2-2 Agency" is a stand-alone novel based the on the soon to be released novel "Humanity is Rising: Aliens and Rh-negative blood".
The two main characters from this novel are Charles Victor Lee and Marcus Jones. They both work for a imaginary organization that I created called the 3-2-2.
The origin of this organization started in the 1950's at the peak of the UFO craze. The Air Force had created Project Blue book which was to do nothing more than discredit and explain away all sighting of extraterrestrial craft or entities as natural phenomena. What they quickly found out was that they could not explain away all the sightings and people did not believe all of their reasons.
Within the Air Force they have a real organization referred to as the AFOSI (Air Force Office of Special Investigations) which handles internal Air Force matters and do a lot of good for that branch of the armed services. In the novel and this short story, there is a sub-group that is in charge of all UFO crash sites and their role is to clean up any and all debris and remove all evidence at all United States military installations the world over. They collect all evidence and also suppress any and all witnesses to the extraterrestrial crafts or the entities within them.
The 322 Agency was created by the CIA at the request of the Air Force and only answerable to the President. The CIA works under a different set of rules than the Air Force because so much of what they do needs to be kept secret as a matter of National Security. The Air Force did not want to get their hands dirty or have any sort of paper trail that could trace back to them, but they felt that an organization like this needed to be created for the private sector as a matter of National Security also. The Air Force and many top government officials felt there would be panic in the streets if the country knew about the UFO's and if it was kept secret that gave them an edge over their enemies.
The meeting was held with top Military brass and a think tank group who were members and former members of the CIA as well as its predecessor the OSS. The think tank was tasked with the role of creating the organization. They were to establish the rules, guidelines, limits (which were not many), and for them to even name the group too.
It is historical fact that many of the founding members of the CIA were Yale graduates and members of the Skull and Bones Society. In the upcoming novel as well as this one the think tank group, knowing the mystery surrounding their beloved organization and the intense distrust of many conspiracy theorists decided to thumb their collective noses at them with a little tongue and cheek adolescent behavior by naming the group with part of the emblem of their order. That is why they called it the 322.
The 322 is a sub group of the CIA and the Air Force, so they have access to all top secret information they need and its mission is to seek out nonmilitary witnesses, collect all the evidence they may or may not have and suppress them from speaking out, even to the point of death if there is no other recourse.
In this novel Victor and Marcus are on the trail of a woman and her adult son who claim to have seen a "Gray" alien come out of a wormhole over the Cimarron National Grasslands Park in Elkhart, Kansas. The witnesses also claim to have taken pictures of the craft and the creature itself. They have made it known that they want to sell their pictures to the highest bidder.
Victor and Marcus are tasked with collecting any and all evidence of the sighting and prevent the witnesses from speaking out from what they saw. This novel takes place in the year 2000 and cover several days time while they attempt to solve their case. This novel shows how far certain people will go to keep us quiet and maintain the status quo.
