About the Author

Nina Spencer was born and raised in New York. She married Jim Locke, and in 1957, moved their family of three children to Winter Park, Florida. She and Jim were a political team beginning at the precinctlevel. Nina was elected Republican State CommitteeWoman, Delegate to the National Convention, and served on the Governor's Advisory Board. While attending a Bible class in 1969, Nina gave her life to Christ. As a couple they were involved in their church, Campus Crusade for Christ, and the Navigators. She gave her testimony at numerous Christian Women's Clubs. Nina was widowed in 2005.
