The Truth Bird: Part II picks up five years after the Foxometor landing in front of Fox Studios. David, Jenny, Sam, and Justin's truth awareness and global warming campaign becomes a nationwide movement merging with other groups campaigning for a variety of other social justice issues. Growing up in a community with a rival family of white supremacists, the years of ongoing skirmishes between the Riggs family and the Velde's comes to a head when Jenny and a member of her group are threatened. A large asteroid nearly missing the Earth sends off alarm bells through the scientific community and NASA. Giorgio informs David that there has been a sinister alien force threatening earth for a million years that now has resurfaced. Giorgio, who has been dealing with alien politics and keeping the peace for over a millions of years, has a plan and assures David he can handle the renegade alien king and invites him and the boys to attend their first space Olympics. The Truth Bird becomes overwhelmed with a hybrid group of politicians and spokespeople who start one of the greatest conspiracies against the intelligence community in US history: "Spy Gate."
