An excerpt from the foreword written by Dr. Daniel Lee:
As a physician, I have seen how negative thoughts affect many of my patients, as well as myself. Negative thoughts can cause tension in the physical body, which can manifest in many different ways, such as the development of stomach aches, headaches, and muscle tightness in the neck and/or back. Over time, severe medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and cancer can develop.
Have you ever noticed how much brain chatter you have throughout the day? If you pay attention to this mindless chatter, you will notice these thoughts are usually negative or unresolved, which is why they tend to stay on our mind. When you have all of this mindless brain chatter, you can feel distracted, unfocused, worried, and stressed.
Kelee meditation is focused on stillness of the mind, which will help with calming the chatter in the brain. This will lead directly to a feeling of peace and calmness, and over time translates to improved natural focus and being in mind.
When you have fewer negative and/or unresolved thoughts and worries, your become less anxious and stressed. You will also begin to notice clarity of perception and self-awareness. Kelee meditation will allow you to experience peace of mind, the feeling of contentment, and true freedom from what weighs you down.
Many of us often try to cope with life when things do not go our way. Kelee meditation is especially unique in that it does not teach you how to cope with a situation, but instead how to eliminate the underlying trigger that is causing you pain. All that is required is 5 to 10 minutes twice a day of practicing stilling your mind.
Kelee meditation has certainly transformed my life and the way I think and feel about my life. Try Kelee meditation for yourself and truly begin to experience life.
