About the Author

Gwendolyn Washington is a recognized soulwinner and international evangelist, whose travels for the Gospel have taken her around the world many times over. She was the wife of the late Bishop F.D. Washington, Pastor of Washington Temple Church of God in Christ in Brooklyn, New York, Jurisdictional Prelate of Eastern New York (after the demise of Bishop O.M. Kelly, his spiritual father), 2nd Assistant Presiding Bishop under Bishop J.O. Patterson, Sr., and Member of the General Board of the Churches of God in Christ. Her personal legacy is a long-standing outreach to men in prison and to the lost on the streets of our cities. She is the founder of El-Bethel Emmanuel Ministries and Women of God on the Move for Christ Ministries of Charlotte, North Carolina, where she currently resides.
