Overview

I feel that it will be helpful for the reader to know in some manner how and to some degree why the content of this collection of teachings was put together.

In the two plus years that are contained within the time frame of 2012 – 2014 a series of morning Bible studies was presented at a small church. It was a rare occurrence for the meeting of the class each week to be postponed. The time frame was scheduled to be in that hour that was for many years set aside for Sunday School. That being the hour from ten AM until eleven AM. A time protocol was established. The class would be in session for fifty minutes. From 10:05 until 10:55 allowing for a small break before the regular Sunday morning worship service.

The number that attended was small. Sometimes there were maybe a dozen or a few more. But most of the time the group was comprised of about eight people. Not always the same eight. But, usually a constant core of four or five with a few extras. This means, as one can see, that in that period of time approximately one hundred separate scriptures, precepts and concepts were taught. There was some, but not much, conversational interplay and questions.

The teaching relied heavily on the inspiration and guidance of the Lord through the Holy Spirit. This resulted in a unique set of varied subjects. Revelations and new insight was a regular experience in this format. Spiritual growth became the driving forth and led to the attendees response being more of introspection rather than discussion with others. This facet of the classes led me to see a possible positive result in these relatively closed and exclusive meetings being openly disseminated. They were not meant to be closed. It just happened that way.

Therefore, this collection of what I call teachings are presented in this small volume. In order to preserve the spontaneity and inspired moments I have chosen to set them forth as they happened without editing them in regard to sentence structure, grammar or any form that might constrict the free flow of the information. The desire is to provide, as much as possible, the atmosphere of being there.

I discovered in the transcription of the sound files to documents that each fifty minutes contained approximately four thousand words. Since almost all small readable books are of about twenty thousand words it means that only about four or five sessions will be included in each volume. This is the first issue.
