About the Author

Cynthia Waters-Brower is an educator, technology facilitator and a minister. She is the founder and publisher of PwP Publishing, which specializes in preparing manuscripts for publication; designing and developing websites, and publishing memorial program materials. Mrs. Brower is a former corporate manager in the areas of accounting, purchasing and procurement. She has worked an Instructional Facilitator and currently is an Instructional Designer for the North Carolina Department of Instruction. She is a graduate of University of North Carolina-Greensboro with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Oral Roberts University with a Master’s Degree in Practical Theology, and the University of North Dakota with a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology.
Wilbur Brower, Ph.D., is an educational and management consultant and trainer, and founder and president of W. Brower & Associates. He is also the founder and president of the Institute for Youth Development and Educational Resources (IYDER), Inc., a non-profit that works with students at-risk of academic and personal failure. Dr. Brower served in the U. S. Air Force, and he is a former corporate executive with a Fortune 100 company. He is the author of A Little Book of Big Principles—Values and Virtues for a More Successful Life (1998); Me Teacher, Me…Please! Observations about Parents, Students and Teachers, and the Teacher-Learning Process (2002); and English Grammar and Writing Made Easy (2008). He is the co-author of Personal Care Journal—The Adult Years (2002).
