What is life like now as I update TotaLee Awesome the third time for the next generation of world class male and female bodybuilders?

I'm just as excited as I was 35 years ago when I first shared the secrets on how I developed my physique. The same training philosophy, nutritional concepts, and supplementation program is still being used by today's bodybuilders. The knowledge gained over these 40 plus years has never failed me or my students.

After all, I learned from a legacy of bodybuilding's greatest legends which are too many to name. I am indebted to all who flexed before me!

About the Author

Lee Haney is the 8-time winner of the world’s most prestigious professional bodybuilding title, Mr. Olympia. Married to his 2nd grade sweetheart, Shirley, they have two adult children, Joshua and Olympia. Lee’s passion for fitness has allowed him to lecture in more than 30 countries. He received a Lifetime Achievement award from former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and was recently inducted into The International Sports Hall of fame.

Lee has authored two exercise and nutrition books (TotaLee Awesome and Ultimate Bodybuilding) and one sharing his personal testimony (Beyond the Pump). In 2015, Lee created Lee Haney’s Physique and Fitness Games to promote a host of competitive sports for the entire family. Lee always states, “Out of all that I’ve achieved, there’s nothing more valuable than my relationship with Jesus Christ. It has made all the difference in the man I am and purpose to be.”
