Tom Swift and the Cometary Reclamation
In the second volume of the Tom Swift Lunar Colony Saga, the action splits apart with Tom working on a solution to a two-headed snake of a problem while Harlan Ames goes in search of answers and a missing woman.

Both the lunar colony and numerous locations on the Earth--California for an extreme example--are so lacking in available water that the time might come when there is a need to evacuate. Both! So, the young inventor sets his sights on finding a way to bring a water-bearing comet within the Moon's gravitational pull so that it might be mined. Of course, how to get chinks of ice to the surface is an altogether tougher matter.

Meanwhile, Harlan finds himself in the mountains of Southeast Asia taking care of an injured woman who doesn't know who she is or how she came so close to death. As he nurses her back to health he finds he is falling in love with her. Even though he knows it will ultimately lead to her finding out who she is and every bit of danger that will bring!

About the Author

Thomas Hudson and Leo L. Levesque met via email four years ago and have built a friendship out of their mutual enjoyment of writing and Tom Swift. Both are married and have been for many years. Both live in just about the perfect place for them and their personal comfort. One of them works and the other does not. One is over 60 and the other is more over 60.

Tom does editor duties for Leo while Leo reads Tom's stuff and points out the many typos that his tired old eyes miss.

Both men grow tomatoes with one of them (Leo) planting enough vines to feed a family of 16 every week for months while Tom grows 4 plants and harvests enough to freeze 4-5 gallons of whole fruits and make a nice batch of tomato chow from.
