About the Author

Alexis Philius is an award-winning philanthropist, activist, nurse, wife, and most proudly, the mother of Aniya Philius. This is Philius' first children's book.
Alexis lives in Southern California with her family. Philius works as a Registered Nurse in SCAL. Alexis is the Founder/CEO of 501c3 nonprofit Highly Favored: A Blessing to Others, an organization that aims to spread awareness and offer essential items to the homeless population. www.ablessingtoothers.org.

When she isn't taking care of patients, you can find Philius spending time with family, traveling the world, and giving back to her communities.
