In their follow-up to Fa La La La Felt, coauthors Sheldon and Caresio present a series of festive Christmas ornaments and decorations, all made from colorful felt. Styles range from traditional stars, icicles, and poinsettias to a quirky fox in an argyle sweater and a midcentury-modern-inspired bird mobile. The supplies are basic and easily accessible, and written instructions walk crafters through each step. Reproducible templates (many requiring enlargement on a photocopier) are provided in the back of the book. An illustrated guide to the basic embroidery stitches used to embellish the ornaments is included. VERDICT Crafters with a taste for whimsical Christmas decor will appreciate this fun collection.
