About the Author

Lindy Panofsky, better known as Tiki Lindy, has been in the cocktail and food
industry for twenty years. When she finished graduate school (that’s right, she’s Dr. Tiki Lindy), she
moved to California and continued her passion for bartending and the
service industry. She is currently a private events bartender and consultant
on tiki bar menus and events cocktails, and she regularly represents spirits
brands for industry events and guest bartends at tiki bars nationwide.
Tiki Lindy is known for her well-balanced and creative tiki-inspired drinks,
having competed and placed in numerous cocktail competitions. She is the author of several food and cocktail books and provides cocktail symposiums on rum, tiki bar setup, and garnishing, and more. She previously owned her own catering business and has a love for food anthropology and world cultures.
