Meet Aniya Duboir, a beautiful but naive young exotic dancer from the East Coast. Life was good for Aniya growing up until her father SFC. Mikel Duboir is killed on duty overseas in Afghanistan. The death of her father puts her mother, Ming, over the edge, leading her mother to find comfort in drugs and alcohol, abandoning her two young kids.

Brittany Joyner was born in Greenville, North Carolina on January 19, 1990. Brittany was always interested in the arts and was naturally blessed with the ability to draw. That creative ability developed into an interest for writing as she developed into an young adult. . As she began to pen her first novel it became apparent that she had found a new love. "Thunder" is the first title published by the young mother and wife but stayed tuned as there will be more to come from the promising young author.
