His journey led him to a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from National University. Currently residing in San Diego, CA, he serves his nation as a government employee with the Department of the Navy. Frank's inspiration for writing stems from a desire to share his story, demonstrating that resilience, love, and family support can triumph over tragedy. He takes pride in his daughter Jessika, happily married with two daughters of her own.
