Through Mists of Darkness

Mists of Darkness are the temptations of a troubled world converging on Jedediah Carter and thowe around him. At issue is a tract of land in the Nevada desert named by his great-grandmother as Guds Velsignelse, or God's blessing. In Jed's time, Nobellum International moves aggressively to swallow up the property and its high concentration of precious metals. That powerful enemy will do whatever it takes to own Guds Velsignelse. Blood is bound to be shed in the conflict and it's not clear who will have the faith and courage to stand against such a powerful juggernaut. Who will help Jed reach his own vision for what appears on the surface to be but a barren pile of rocks? Some characters are Mormons, some are not. Some live their religion while others do not. In this epic tale they are seen groping through their personal Mists of Darkness toward objectives in conflict with each other. Who will prevail? Who will not? Are their lives a mirror of our own?
