About the Author

Kyle Pratt is the bestselling author of speculative and science-fiction books. He grew up in the mountains of Colorado. When money for college ran low he enlisted in the United States Navy where he wrote military science fiction and short stories. After retiring, Kyle taught for seven years in the Yupik Eskimo village of Eek, Alaska. During the cold nights, he wrote his first novel.
