The President does not have a choice. He either goes willingly or subjects himself to the Letter of the Law. He cannot refute our Five Charges.

About the Author

Joe Ferrell was born in 1939 and raised in Sarasota, Florida. He attended the University of Florida, studied engineering for two years and then joined the United States Air Force. He navigated around the world for five years attaining the rank of Captain. He married his wife Sandy in 1961.
He completed his BS in Business and Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, then moved to Tampa, Florida where he joined the Ernst and Young CPA firm.
Joe took a position as a Treasury Agent for the IRS as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney.
He established and ran a Trust Company and was Senior Trust Officer for a commercial bank in Palmetto, Florida. Leaving the bank, he opened his law practice, building a seven attorney law firm and practiced law for over twenty years.
He was granted a patent on vacuum sealing plastic cap and established a corporation which he took to the NYSE.
He then moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he established a computer business; building computers and building networks for businesses in the metro area.
Joe and his wife, Sandy, were Democrats for twenty five years and then changed to the Republican Party in 1982. They are both conservative and concentrate their political endeavors to that end.
He is currently a financial advisor. He and his wife reside in the Atlanta area. They both are very active in the Republican Party, Tea Parties and the 9-12 parties and they are lobbyists.
