About the Author

Esh-Marie is the creator of WE EATIN a popular Facebook food group. As WE EATIN
evolved, The Wyne Down was developed from her sheer desire to take her culinary
skills to the next level. The goal was to pair seasonal ingredients to seasonal wines.
She is a California Native, as well as a military vet who served overseas in Klein Brogel,
Belgium in Europe. She honed her culinary skills while traveling throughout Europe.

In 2001, she returned to the United States and attended the Fashion Institute of
Design and Merchandise, San Francisco Campus. Majoring in Product Development/
Merchandise Marketing. FIDM sparked her desire of owning her own business and
becoming an entrepreneur one day. The Wyne Down- “The Best Freakin Food &
Wyne Guide” is her first cookbook.
