The Winds Of Change
Many of the poems in this collection delve into the painful journey I once undertook, a period marked by the struggle to discover my true identity. The verses vividly reflect this ongoing quest for self-awareness.
Occasionally, I ponder whether, had I not chosen the path I did, I would have become the person I am today. It's a universal struggle that we all grapple with.
Through sharing my long and arduous journey, I aspire to impart strength to you, encouraging you to persevere despite the stumbling blocks that may be placed in your way.

About the Author

I am an avid reader and writer. I started writing at a very young age. I was born in Duluth, Minnesota. It was cold when the wind came off Lake Superior and we always had the Lake shore effect in the Winter.
It was easy to skateboard, ride bicycles and of course stay at Uncle Tom's cabin.
At the age of twelve we moved to Litchfield, Minnesota. I enjoyed living in Litchfield. It's a beautiful town but our hearts always longed for Duluth. I had two brothers and a sister.
Bruce, Bub and Gwen, I was the baby
I have two children, Angela and Scott and a wonderful Grandson, Jagger. My sunshine!
I enjoy reading poetry especially by Walt Whitman, William Shakespeare and Robert Frost.
Although at times they can be hard to read. I try to write with simplicity hoping it's more easy to comprehend. I want you to say: Yes I have been there too. It can also become your cautionary tale to use in life.
My favorite author is Stephen King. There is no other writer like him. The Dark Tower is a masterpiece.
I like Professional Football and The Walking Dead series.
I say: Life is short, don't waste one second of it.
Allow your dreams to come to fruition.
With all this said. I hope you enjoy reading poetry.
