The art work shares actual scenes and grants the reader visual passage through our beautiful village. The story is written in a dual-language format to honor the native language of Yelapa as well as that of our neighbors to the north.

Bienvenidos a Las Aventuras con Teo, un niño real en un lugar real. Cada aventura es una experiencia verdadera disponible para todos los que visitan el paraíso de Yelapa. El trabajo de arte comparte escenas actuales y le enseña al lector pasajes visuales de nuestra villa hermosa. La historia está escrita en un formato de lenguaje bilingüe para honrar el lenguaje nativo de Yelapa así como el lenguaje de nuestros vecinos del norte.

About the Author

Yelapa Memo is the pen name of DW Risdon, a former banker turned English teacher. Along with his wife, Dianne and their English Shepherd, Nikki, the trio relocated to Mexico in 2011. He hosts a blog, (yelapamemo.blogspot.com) to discuss everyday experiences in his adopted village.
His books are featured on Face Book, Yelapa Memo. He also manages Yelapa Kayak Rentals.

Yelapa Memo es el nombre dado a DW Risdon, un exbanquero que estudio para ser maestro de inglés. Junto a su esposa, Diana y su pastor inglés, Nikki, el trio se mudó a México en el 2011. A parte de hacerse cargo del blog, (yelap amemo.b log sp ot. com), en donde discute experiencias del día a día en su adoptiva villa. El ofrece sus libros en la página de Face Book, Yelapa Memo. El también maneja un local de Renta de Kayak Yelapa.
