Overview

Sandra was a writer, an artists' model, and a Tarot card reader. Stephen was a singer, storyteller and activities coordinator. These two weird Wiccans fell in love, got married, started a mystically-themed theatre company together, and had a magical year – the first of many!
At the dawn of theatre, in the days of Shakespeare, the "Walking Gentlemen" were on the lowest rung of the Thespian ladder, seeking work wherever they could find a stage that would take them. Follow Stephen and Sandra as they blog (and blag) their way through a year of doing just that, and loving every moment of it... until, from these humble beginnings, they create something special:
His & Hers Theatre Company.
A labour of love.

About the Author

Stephen and Sandra live in Glastonbury, Somerset, UK, and are well known in the surrounding area for their quirky and original performances as the two harmonious halves of His & Hers Theatre Company. These include "ghost walks" to explore the darker chapters of local history, and musical shows specially designed to give residents of care homes an experience of theatre. Between roles, Stephen works as a playwright and activities coordinator, organising interactive entertainments and social events for elderly people with dementia; Sandra works as a model for art classes and indie photographers, is a Tarot card reader, and has written 3 books with a further series in the works. They have also appeared in short films, pantomimes and Shakespearean productions with Shadow of the Tor, Glastonbury Town Players, Taking the Space and Theatresaurus, and are regular contributors to their local community-owned radio station GFM. They are both practising Wiccans, a philosophy that inspires all their work, and have performed in ritual roles for their local Pagan community. When they get spare time they spend it singing and dancing in pubs, walking over hills to watch the Moon, and eating ice cream. They have an imaginary cat.
