Overview

A simple, fast-paced, game, takes about an hour to play.In the not too distant future a breakthrough in virtual reality programming and technology creates realistic experiences for participants. “It's like being dropped into a video game,” rave some of the fans. These experiences can be recorded from POV, or any other any angle. Broadcast technology lets each viewer choose which participant to watch, and which angle to watch from. This leads to a spate of virtual reality tv shows, which leads to the formation of "VRN, the Virtual Reality Network". One of the most popular shows is "The VRN Elimination Game".
Every week six contestants face each other in a series of virtual contests. The loser of each contest is eliminated and the remainder move on to the next contest, until there is only one contestant left, the ultimate winner.

A question for James Jenkins: If you are not a role play gamer, why are you reviewing a role playing game? How can you possibly review a game you haven't even played?

Rik Hunik was born in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada, in 1957, and has lived his entire life in BC, except for a few summers in Alberta, and a few days in Washington State climbing rocks. He has lived in Ymir, Wells, Quesnel, Prince George, Quesnel, North Vancouver, Quesnel, Burnaby, North Delta, and Quesnel. I live with my wife Jo and a blue-eyed, white cat named Mister.
