Frank Thompson, an Iraq vet, recently returned to the U.S. due to severe injuries resulting from an RPG, is now ambulatory after many surgeries and pursuing his dream of operating a motor coach touring company.
Bobbye Reynolds, Frank’s high school ‘flame’, had lost contact with Frank after his parents were killed. Bobbye and Mrs. Reynolds, widow of an Army officer, had bought and are living in the Thompson home after Frank’s parents were killed.
Frank stops by his old home to view the garden his mother used to have. It is being nicely maintained by the Reynolds. Bobbye is still in love with Frank but he seems unaffected. Her mother, to help Bobbye reignite Frank’s passion, invites Frank to move in with them in their ‘spare’ bedroom. She tells him it would be good to have the security of a man in the house once more.
With all this prompting, is the love re-kindled? Do they marry?
