Overview

Welcome to “The Used Car Millionaire,”and congratulations because you've taken the very first step towards changing your financial destiny. Have you ever wondered what the lure was for people who work in the car business, now you will hear car salesman tell you everything from wanting to help people to, I love cars so I figured I'd sell them to make a living. When you cut through all the BS, the real reason is, they do it for the money, plain and simple. It's a business where they can make a great deal of money, and that's from just being the salesman, not even the owner. I know first hand because I've been a car salesman so I speak from first-hand experience. The amount of money that's made in that business is unbelievable, especially when you structure the deal in your favor. You see they know their business, and you are their business so, it's their job to know you, what makes you tick, in other words your Hot Buttons. What are your motivations to buy a particular car, and knowing that it is a list of a lot of the same things that make people buy, because that's human nature, you see besides the outside wrapping, we humans are basically alike. We all want the same thing, Money, Good Homes and Friendships in all walks of life. When I experienced the kind of money that you can make from selling cars, I decided to write about it, during these hard economic times, with unemployment hovering between 91/2 and 10%. I believe this can be a financial lifesaver for those who have the will to do it, your not really selling, but helping someone make a buying decision and getting paid good money to do it. The used car industry, with annual sales of nearly $370 billion is huge, the used vehicle industry represents almost half of the U.S. Auto retail market and is the largest retail segment of the economy. In 2005, about 44 million used cars were sold in the U.S., which is more than double that of the nearly 17 million new cars sold. The history of the used car business started in 1898, with the Empire State Motor Wagon Company, in Catskill, New York, which is believed to be the first American used car lot. The used vehicle market is substantially larger than other large retail sectors, such as the School and Office products (206 billion in estimated annual sales) and the home improvement market (291 billion in estimated annual sales.) Those figures should be enough to convince you, that there is Gold in them there Cars.
