Not even half way through the book and I felt like I could be the best golf player. If I could give it more stars I would this is definitely a guide that anyone can follow the book I always thought practice makes perfect which don't get me wrong it does Howe's this book dives deep into the mental aspect of the sport which I did not think about until now and honestly it can be applied to most things in life. 10/10 would recommend

This is a great book. It's amazing how much of golf is a mental aspect. Thats what I struggle with I'll have a blow up hole and then have another 4 or 5 blow up holes. Hopefully now since reading this book if I have a blow up hole I can laugh it off and just continue enjoying the round I'm playing.
