About the Author

Tom Calarco is the author and editor of five books about the Underground Railroad and winner of the Underground Railroad Free Press award in 2008 for contributions to the advancement of knowledge about the Underground Railroad. The Underground Railroad Conductor is his first book about the Underground Railroad to be published. He also currently hosts a radio show on webtalkradio.net, From Slavery to Freedom.
