The Trauma-Addiction Connection: Understanding Unhealthy Patterns & Breaking Free from Both Once & For All
Trauma and addiction tend to leave a permanent mark on the mind, body, and soul, and their wounds run deep. While surface scars fade over time, the imprints left by both remain constant...unless, and until, a person chooses to heal. The choice is not only an intimate one, but it can be life-changing – for the survivor and for their loved ones. It is a decision to not only acknowledge and address these deep-seated wounds, but to accept them part of a greater whole. And to become whole once again as a result.

'The Trauma-Addiction Connection' is a journey into the past, present, and future of the healing process. It serves as a guide for holistic self-understanding, self-awareness, and self-acceptance, offering strategies for healing in spite of what's uncovered. Moving forward means reintegrating all exiled pieces of one's being with beautifully difficult determination to release the burden of self-destruction once and for all. Only then is full recovery made possible.
