Joseph Rudyard Kipling was an English poet, novelist and short-story writer and, as often regarded, a major innovator in the art of the short story. The story goes about the author and a friend of him named Blawkins. They were discussing an interesting little piece of misinformation which the former had printed in his newspaper.
