About the Author

Daniel Slosberg has been teaching diploma courses for the IBO since 2003, first at Centennial High School in Corona, California, USA and then at Victoria Shanghai Academy in Hong Kong, China. He has taught ToK with both the previous and current syllabus. It is his hope that this short book will allow students all over the globe to achieve greater success in writing their ToK essays so that they can earn some bonus points and have less stress on their external exams as a result. More importantly, however, he hopes that students reading this book enjoy thinking about knowledge and apply it usefully in their daily lives long after they have graduated from the diploma program.
