About the Author

Jon Milton is a science communicator who takes complex scientific theories and breaks them down into accessible bite-sized chunks. He works as part of science-comedy act Punk Science for the Science Museum in London and uses those skills to develop and perform shows on science, technology and engineering all over the world. He presented the TV series Scien-trific for Discovery and has performed his unique combination of science and comedy at venues across the globe from Ferrari World to Buckingham Palace.
The Science Museum was founded in 1857 using the profits from the 1851 Great Exhibition held in the Crystal Palace. Today the museum is world renowned for its historic collections, awe-inspiring galleries and inspirational exhibitions covering all areas of science and technology. The Science Museum forms part of the National Museum of Science and Industry (NMSI) and is based in Kensington, London.
