About the Author

On my journey to change my life, I started slowing down and recording 5 things that I am grateful for and 5 things that I wanted to accomplish during the day. This helped me to align with my higher self to discover what I want. Before I started using this method, I felt lost, and my brain felt scattered. I found that by breaking down my daily tasks (along with Qigong and self-help podcasts) I started to focus and get back on the path of my journey.

In addition to recording the things that I wanted and the things that I am grateful for I started to record my breakthroughs or ‘wins’. I found that it helped me when I was in a ‘down’ period.

At first, I used a regular notebook, but I had to keep flipping through to find my monthly breakthroughs. I searched and searched for a planner that fit my needs, but they were all so complicated. Some didn’t have enough space to write or too many boxes or sections to fill out, while others didn’t have enough. I needed something simple, easy to use, and easy to carry around, one where I could just focus on my thoughts and not try to figure out where to put what. And so… the Success Planner was born.

I hope you find it useful.
