About the Author

TER was born in South Philly, and was adopted. He went to private catholic elementary and high school. And, Public High School after a small issue with a facility member. He studied many religions during his years. He is a righteous holy soul. He was a proud mummer as is the rest of his family. He graduated and served 8 years in the Navy and is a disable vet. He received the National Defense Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, NATO Forces Medal, Navy Expeditionary Medial as well as many other medals and awards while in Bosnia during Desert Shield and Storm. He studied at Rutgers and Univ of Penn. While studying, he work at the Philadelphia, Airport. Received his MS in Science from Towson University and University of Baltimore. He has worked for public industry for 24 yrs practicing Budget Law and Accounting and has directly worked on over 1 Trillion Dollars of Appropriations. He is one of the very First (pioneer) Application Architects for Medicare and Medicaid. He has publish 2 computer books. And, was affiliated with at least 2 other publication on Animal Law for the Blind and miscellaneous other topics. Benjamin's Publishing welcomes and is proud to release his second fictional book with Co-author R.W.Mann. Hopefully, there can be many more. TER is currently working on his first fictional novel about a Woman's Life in the City. Hopefully, to be release in 2021. He believes in all earnest in Ben Franklin's legacy of "Write something worth reading or do something worth writing," and that we can make a better tomorrow for all in our country and the globe with love and a good sense of humor. Moreover, laughter is the best medicine.

R.W. Mann is an author of Science Fiction and Fantasy novels based in a world of his own creating: The World of Iron and Fire. He has written more than 26 manuscripts for novels, most of which are in the pre-production and editing stages. In High School, he showed great skill in writing. His poetry was won literary award from young scholastic and was published in the magazine Images. Ember City is his most recently published novel with The Time of Broken Dreams as the second novel to be publish in 2021. He is a member of the Science Fiction Society of Philadelphia. He is also a life scout.

Cindy is a well respected editor in Maryland. Cindy has edited many legal publications for the District Courts in Maryland; books for private libraries collections; and collectors.
