Overview

Victory can come through tragedies when we lean on the strength of Jesus Christ and each other.

Within the pages of author Lynette Norton’s, The Smile from the Other Side: Help for Anyone Dealing with the Terminally Ill, there is practical help and hope for anyone dealing with the caretaking of a terminally ill child, parent, friend, or loved one. Each chapter begins with a portion of the author’s personal story and ends with a self-help section of resources and Scriptures. The gripping account of what Lynette Norton and her teenage daughter, Melissa, endured, just weeks after having her first child will inspire and encourage readers to hold fast to the persistence and faith that life and death situations require.

Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. (James 1:12 NIV)

All proceeds of "The Smile from The Other Side" go to the non-profit organization Hope for Parents.
