She is fueled by illuminating paths of support for all as a mental health warrior, domestic violence survivor, and socio-economic equality advocate.

She is the founder of CZB Innovations, LLC. A team dedicated to equipping change agents with the resources they need to grow with confidence and purpose. She has over 17 years of experience working with the most vulnerable populations and nonprofit agencies. Her engagement extends across a diverse collection of professional service organizations, advisory boards, and community endeavors. Cicely is the mother of a son and daughter. She enjoys building relationships, great plant-based food experiences, and seeing others shine!
