Breaking into the palace of Sheik Talal Bin Taikir, Janel knew that she was probably on a suicide mission. But she had to try. The man had something that belonged in her village, something very important to them. The villagers had all protected her as she'd grown up, now it was her turn to pay them back for their generosity and caring.
The plan was ingenious. Slip into the sheik's private quarters while he was out of town through an old, forgotten tunnel, find her village's Kalala Rock and get out as fast as possible.
Unfortunately, the sheik wasn't out of town and Janel was captured. She hadn't anticipated the man being so strong, so handsome....or so incredibly merciless during the interrogation. She couldn't believe it when the man took a knife to her clothes....
