Overview

John grew up questioning the origin of creation and the existence of God as written in scriptures by man. He came to think the existence of a God and how mankind was created could be confirmed or invalidated by seeking out life on other planets in the far reaches of outer space.

A major breakthrough in space ship propulsion technology would permit John's ship, the Seeker, to travel at nearly the speed of light. Travel to other galaxies through wormholes would take mere hours instead of years or lifetimes.

John hoped, by exploring the Universe, discovering life on other planets in far distant galaxies, he would seek out the truths of creation, man and religion that haunted him since childhood.

By traveling the Universe and discovering wormholes, other planets and life forms, would John find evidence of a God . . . . . or would he have a revelation!

About the Author

John Dalessio, a resident of Brigantine, NJ has always had the desire to be a writer. John was formerly a successful new car dealer with three dealerships and eight franchises during his 47 years in the automobile industry.
Currently retired at age 77 he fulfilled his desire to write by having authored and published his first book, a sci-fi adventure novel, THE SEEKER. He completed and published his second novel, a sequel, THE UNIVERSE REVISITED. John recently completed writing and publishing his third book, an autobiography, AN AUTOMOBILE ODYSSEY. When John isn’t writing he can be found in Brigantine, NJ with his wife, riding his Harley, playing tennis doubles or boating.

4 Stars. A creative, and intriguing story. Characters are well developed and though there are some repetitive aspects, the writer provides us with a unique take on "the creator."

5 Stars. This book kept my interest from beginning to end. A very easy read. Throughout the book I kept asking 'why are John and his mate Kimi not spending more time with the beings they discover on each planet?'. But the final chapter answers the question and sums up the journey of the space travelers. We're all part of the same entity...
An enjoyable read and highly recommended!

5 Stars. Not much of a reader but I really, really enjoyed this short novel that a friend suggested to me. It was easy reading, full of facts, some true some not but very interesting. I hope that John Dalessio will write more novels

5 Stars. this is a great read as the main character John Alessi, explores the universe in a magnetic controlled spaceship. Traveling thru wormholes and landing on different unheard of planets, he finds humanoids on Mars and many familiar forms of life on other planets that surprises him. The life forms are not at all what Alessi expected. Most live a peaceful existance that allows him to interact and share thoughts and learn about their lifestyles and history. 4 Stars. The author poses some interesting questions about our origins and place in the universe. A quick read with a nice blend of science fiction and fantasy. You'll learn something new and leave the last page with something to think about.
