Poor boy orphan Jim Smith gets an interview with the rich parents of Wanda Wilson. What the interview is about, Jim hasn't a clue. However, Jim has just turned 18-years-old, the Social Security money has stopped and Jim has a suitcase with some thrift shop clothes and 37 cents in the whole world. Wanda's parents have an offer for Jim. If Jim will marry Wanda and sign a contract that will require Jim to let Wanda annul the marriage after four years, Wanda's parents will finance Jim's college. Jim has attended school with Wanda, but really doesn't know her. However, Jim has two choices, marry Wanda or find a bridge to sleep under. Jim agrees to marry Wanda, in exchange for room, board, tuition, transportation, clothes, medical and incidentals. A quick trip to Las Vegas and Jim and Wanda are married. She quickly introduces the penniless Jim to sex.
